Mac: allow the browser app

Open Apple menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security. Check Microphone and Camera. Turn on access for the browser you are using, such as Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

If the browser was open while you changed the setting, quit it fully and open it again. macOS permission changes can require a browser restart before the page can use the device.

Safari: check the website setting

In Safari on Mac, open the site settings for micandcam.com and set Camera or Microphone to Allow or Ask. Reload the page, then press the matching Start button.

If you see the permission prompt, choose Allow. If no prompt appears, the site or app permission may already be blocked.

iPhone and iPad

Open Settings > Privacy & Security, then check Camera and Microphone. Make sure the browser has access. In Safari settings, also check the camera and microphone website setting if the prompt never appears.

Close other calling or camera apps before testing. Mobile browsers can be stricter about background tabs and apps that already have the camera open.
